Welcome to Heart of the Bean - The online home of Jean Nauer

to
"Heart of the Bean" Web site!

My nickname comes from the word "Bean."  A great protein, but be careful!  Too much of it will cause a natural expulsion of gas from the body and sometimes an unpleasant sound and smell through the mouth or down below.  But don't worry!   If you check out my web site, I guarantee you'll be pleasingly satisfied in sound and smell with what it has to offer!

In order to find anything on this site, you can't go North...or South...or East...or West.  Go inside.  Yes indeed!  You'll find the "Heart" of the matter.  You'll learn about the names and meaning I gave to the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual rooms of my life, and how to balance out the humanistic and materialistic values within them, to feel good about yourself.

I hope I can bring a little twist and twine of strength to your attention to garner a partnership between significance and success in life.  If you work on it in a righteous way, you might just find the right beans of protein to build yourself up every day.
I've always enjoyed language arts especially writing since the third grade, but I never thought I'd pursue it later in life.  I write what comes from the "Heart. "  Most of my writing comes from my experiences about what has been missing in my life.  I've tried to make up for the loss by writing some inspiring and thought provoking powerful material.
My other interests and accomplishments have been teaching vocal music since 1980, writing songs, creating music educational material for the classroom, singer/accompanist for church, private voice teacher, and involved in community theater as a vocal director and actress.  When I can find some other time from my busy schedule, I channel my energy into arts and crafts projects.  Who knows?  I may end up doing something more creative in my life.  I have the rest of my life to do it, if it'll be enough.
In the meantime, I still strive to climb, grow and hold onto the
"Heart of the Bean" on Jack's beanstalk.  Even if it gets cut down.  I hope again, you will find enough beans of protein, magic or not, still climbing and growing up, down, around and through the many vines of life.  Most of all, I hope you can find the best ones to live fully and deeply within you.
